Start: asap We are working with a leading international technology and e-commerce company to recruit Dutch -speaking Customer Service Sales Representatives in Barcelona or Valencia . The role combines customer service with a commercial and sales-focused approach, supporting customers throughout their buying journey while identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and maximise sales.

Support Dutch-speaking customers with product and order-related enquiries
Provide professional customer service across the required communication channels
Support customers throughout the purchasing process
Work towards individual and team sales and service targets
Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems
Deliver a positive and professional representation of the brand.

Fluent/native-level Dutch
Strong communication and customer service skills
Commercial mindset and comfortable working towards sales targets
Previous customer service, retail, telesales or inside sales experience is advantageous.
