As Team Lead, Content & Social Media Strategy, you’ll shape the organic social presence of an established international consumer brand, with a strong focus on Instagram.
You’ll combine strategic thinking, creative direction, and data-driven decision-making to grow awareness, engagement, and loyal communities.
The role gives you ownership of the editorial strategy, content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance analysis across social channels.
You’ll also guide a creative team, establishing effective workflows and helping colleagues consistently deliver high-quality work.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, brand, creative, CRM, and ecommerce teams, you’ll ensure a coherent and engaging brand experience.
You’ll stay ahead of platform trends, emerging formats, algorithms, UGC, and influencer opportunities to identify new ways to accelerate organic growth.

Accountabilities
Own and manage organic social media channels, with a primary focus on Instagram.
Develop and execute social media strategies designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and follower growth.
Build and maintain an editorial content calendar, coordinating the scheduling, publishing, and optimization of content across relevant platforms.
Define appropriate content formats, messaging, creative approaches, and publishing strategies for each social channel.
Monitor community engagement, respond to comments where appropriate, and coordinate with internal teams to address customer or community needs.
Analyze organic social performance and create regular reports containing actionable insights and recommendations.
