At least 3 years of experience

in test automation and framework implementation.
Hands on experience with

Selenium and Playwright.
Strong hands‑on experience in RESTful API testing and automation , particularly using

Postman , including: designing and executing automated API test collections, using Postman scripts and Newman for CI/CD execution, validating RESTful endpoints, status codes, payloads, and performance.
Deep understanding of

API design principles





and experience testing RESTful services integrated with front‑end and back‑end systems.
Experience designing automation frameworks using open‑source technologies aligned to the development tech stack
Solid experience with CI/CD tools

(Jenkins) and version control (Bitbucket/Git)
Working knowledge of SQL for test data and validation
Experience writing test strategy, test plans, test cases and defect reporting processes
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using Jira
Excellent analytical skills, communication and ability to coordinate test governance across multiple teams
Domain knowledge in HR, Time & Payroll is a plus
Hybrid setting in Barcelona.
English fluency (written and spoken).
Define, design and maintain test governance across multiple teams to ensure consistent quality practices
Lead the automation strategy and roadmap, aligning with development and delivery pipelines
Architect and implement scalable BDD automation frameworks using Cucumber
