Job Summary
The Business Data & Projects Specialist supports the Sales team by providing accurate reporting, business analysis and support in the improvement of internal processes and tools.

The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and follow-up of Sales dashboards, KPI reporting and key business tools such as Power BI and CRM. It also supports the Sales management team in the coordination, tracking and reporting of different projects and initiatives.

Working under the guidance of the Sales Planning Manager, the position helps ensure that projects and actions are properly followed up and that relevant business information is available to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Business Analysis
Develop and maintain Sales dashboards and regular reporting using Power BI and Excel.
Monitor the KPIs defined by Sales Management, identifying relevant trends, deviations and areas requiring attention.
Ensure the quality and consistency of the information used across reports and data sources.
Business Tools & Digital Solutions




Contribute to the day-to-day management and improvement of the Sales team's business tools, particularly Salesforce CRM.
Work with Sales to understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional needs for IT and Data teams.
Take part in the testing and roll-out of new functionalities, reports and system improvements.
Provide users and dealers with guidance, documentation and first-level support to ensure the correct use of tools and reporting.
Help consolidate and make effective use of information coming from different systems and data sources.
Projects & Business Initiatives
Contribute to the preparation, coordination and follow-up of Sales projects and initiatives, including timelines, milestones, action plans and status updates.
Coordinate assigned activities with the different teams involved, ensuring actions are followed through and deadlines are met.
