As a Business Development Manager, you’ll drive new business growth across Central and Eastern Europe within the public sector.
You’ll introduce innovative digital identity and verifiable credentials solutions to government organizations, agencies, and other public institutions.
The role combines strategic market expansion with hands-on sales, tender management, partner development, and client acquisition.
You’ll take ownership of opportunities from identifying prospects through developing winning proposals and securing new contracts.
Working closely with internal specialists and external partners, you’ll help shape solutions that address complex public-sector requirements.
You’ll operate in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where autonomy, accountability, and commercial impact are highly valued.

Accountabilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence across Central and Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on the public sector.
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with ministries, government agencies, and other public-sector organizations.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on new business and long-term commercial growth.
Present and sell digital identity and verifiable credentials solutions, tailoring value propositions and proposals to individual client requirements.
Lead customer presentations, commercial discussions, negotiations, and other activities throughout the sales cycle.
Identify and pursue public tenders and take ownership of tender opportunities within the assigned territory.
