Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead revenue strategy across a hotel portfolio, optimizing pricing, distribution and demand management to maximize profitability. You will collaborate with sales, general managers and central teams to implement data-driven pricing, reporting and opportunities in Conference u0026amp; Events. The role involves monitoring market conditions, controlling inventory, and presenting insights to drive strategic decisions that improve the bottom line. You will shape revenue initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Achieve hotel budgets and forecast goals
• Set pricing strategy based on data, market trends and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales) to drive tools, data, reporting and processes
• Monitor market and competitors; respond to trends and events
• Manage availability, prices and content across distribution channels
• Conduct revenue management research and apply insights to performance across hotels




• Prepare reports and deliver insights to general managers and leadership
• Lead daily/weekly reviews of room inventory, pricing and pace; present results and upcoming topics
• Oversee Cu0026E revenue strategy, pricing, displacement and demand management
• Align Cu0026E, Rooms, Fu0026B and total revenue strategies; escalate high-value opportunities

Responsabilidades
• Extensive knowledge of revenue management
• Knowledge of hotel industry or similar environment
• Ability to analyze data and priorities tasks
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Experience in hotel, travel u0026 tourism or service sector preferred
• Team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Proficient in English and local language
• 5+ years in financial/strategic planning, revenue management or pricing
