Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth for Libra’s AI platform in Spain, targeting law firms and corporate legal departments. You will build executive relationships, own the full sales cycle, and collaborate with the Lu0026amp;R organization to deliver measurable value from legal AI. You’ll translate opportunities into ROI-driven cases and help shape product strategy through market feedback. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the forefront of legal tech transformation.

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature and expansion
• Develop account plans and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead negotiations with legal, procurement, IT, and business units
• Deliver compelling ROI-focused business cases and platform value demonstrations
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
• Train and enable local commercial teams on Libra’s value proposition and use cases
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Leadership




• Share market intelligence to inform product strategy and commercial practices

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, legal tech, or consultative B2B sales
• Proven success in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and achieving growth targets
• Experience with law firms, legal departments, or professional services
• Experience with AI, digital transformation, or legal tech solutions is highly desirable
• Legal background or experience in the legal sector preferred
• Familiarity with legal AI, legal innovation, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus
• Bachelor in Business, Law, Technology, or related field
• Fluency in Spanish and English
