Are you looking to make a measurable impact with data-driven advertising from the heart of Mallorca? DPNY is a marketing agency based in Palma de Mallorca managing performance marketing for leading direct-to-consumer brands. Our portfolio includes Medicom.de, an established dietary supplements brand with over 30 years in the market and more than one million customers in Germany, alongside Evage.com, an emerging athletic longevity brand. We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition channels and manage monthly media budgets of €50,000 to €80,000 from day one.

Your core responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and scale high-performing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for Medicom and Evage.
- Build and scale native advertising as an effective secondary performance channel.
- Oversee and develop our affiliate marketing program on AWIN.
- Own end-to-end tracking, including UTM structures, GA4 event tracking, and multi-channel revenue attribution.
- Deliver actionable performance reporting and continuously propose concrete campaign optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house content creator to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Optionally expand and test TikTok Ads if you are interested in exploring new channels.





What you bring to the team:

- At least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including at least 2 years independently managing Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C or e-commerce accounts with demonstrable metrics.
- Daily operational proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and attribution software.
- A strong analytical mindset where data drives decisions rather than just reporting.
- Strong language proficiency in German (minimum B2 level) and fluent English; Spanish is helpful in daily life.
- Experience with AWIN, Google Ads, or products in the health, longevity, and supplement sectors is a clear plus.
- You already live in Palma or are relocating to Mallorca.
