Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage retail and office fit-out projects in Madrid, guiding planning, cost and risk activities across design through completion. You will coordinate design teams, client and supplier interfaces, and drive decision-making through status reports and bid solicitations. You’ll contribute to the management system, ensuring quality, environmental, and global standards compliance. This is a chance to lead high-impact projects within an international firm that values development and collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Plan, cost, and risk management across the project lifecycle from design to completion
• Coordinate design/engineering teams and client/supplier engagements
• Prepare minutes, reports, and documentation to inform client decisions
• Solicit bids from contractors and technical teams
• Provide technical consulting in the pre-project phase (space leasing)




• Contribute to Management System by applying Quality and Environmental policies and sustainability standards

Responsabilidades
• At least 5 years of solid experience in retail and office fit-out projects
• Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Project
• Fluent in English; frequent communication with English-speaking clients and leading technical meetings
• Strong knowledge of on-site health and safety standards and sustainability standards
• Strong coordination, planning, and client-facing communication skills
