Experteer Overview
You will lead and coordinate Eurofins PSS teams and on-site leaders to deliver high-quality, productive operations that meet client requirements. In this role, you connect client needs with senior management across Europe, ensuring service excellence, ethical standards, and strong morale and retention. You will drive continuous improvement, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed client expectations. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to shape on-site leadership and service delivery at scale.

• Implement new scientific services scopes with clients and manage their rollout to steady state
• Organize and manage PSS teams for maximum productivity, quality, documentation, scheduling, safety and housekeeping
• Ensure 100% ethical and quality standards while pursuing best practices in commercial and quality areas
• Agree and communicate service turn-around times to teams and monitor adherence
• Build and sustain client relationships with clear engagement rules and open communication
• Collaborate with Business Development and Key Account Managers to identify and pursue opportunities

• Monitor staff morale, development and attrition to maintain stability

• Plan ahead to meet metrics and optimize resource use during training periods




• Schedule work and communicate it to relevant personnel
• Lead recruitment for new and existing teams and enable cross-training
• Ensure PSS meets financial goals and prepare monthly invoice details
• Verify training records and ensure completion of required trainings
• Conduct performance appraisals across teams as part of the performance management program
• Provide continuous feedback on client or organizational requirements
• Handle client inquiries and coordinate with teams to resolve issues
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of PSS work environments
• Identify opportunities for quality and service improvements and implement continuous improvement programs

Responsabilidades
• 7–10 years of technical experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within pharma
• Excellent leadership and at least 3 years of management experience
• Strong knowledge of processes in pharmaceutical and medical device industries
• Deep understanding of working in a regulated environment
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients
• Ability to work independently and develop solutions as part of a team
• Flexibility and ability to re-prioritize on short notice
• Good team player with organization, accuracy and documentation skills
• Passion for quality and client service
• Fluent in English and Slovenian
