Operations Support/Personal Assistant

Position Type: Initial 30-day trial period with the potential to transition into a full-time role, subject to successful performance and mutual agreement.

Working Hours: 9 am 6 pm (Barcelona time, with flexibility within these hours)

Salary: £1,750 per month (paid in GBP for the trial period only)

With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, they are now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support/PA to join their Barcelona office. Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of their product range, including plant care, growth habits, and customer recommendations.




- Provide exemplary customer service, managing inquiries and resolving issues promptly via email, phone, and web chat.
- Oversee and coordinate marketing mailouts to both retail and trade customers, ensuring a minimum of two mailouts per month for each customer group.
- Conduct detailed price and competitor analysis to maintain the competitiveness of their product offerings.
- Identify and implement opportunities for new products and services to further develop their business.
- Re-engage dormant customers, increasing sales volume through follow-ups and relationship building.
- Recommend improvements to internal processes across sales, customer service, and delivery to enhance operational efficiency.
- Take the lead in managing Trustpilot reviews, encouraging positive feedback, and upselling additional products to customers awaiting delivery.
