Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the design, execution, and assessment of sales programs that drive pipeline growth and seller productivity within the Corporate Performance u0026amp; ESG unit. You will partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, analyze performance, and ensure programs deliver measurable revenue impact. You will gather and interpret sales data, maintain dashboards, and help optimize program effectiveness through data-driven insights. This position offers the chance to influence go-to-market execution in a global technology company focused on risk, compliance, and financial reporting.

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of sales programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth
• Develop program plans, timelines, communications, and performance tracking
• Coordinate activities across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Development, and Enablement

• Analyze pipeline and performance data; create dashboards and reports; monitor key KPIs
• Provide status updates and insights to Sales Leaders; identify pipeline opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing campaigns into sales actions
• Support governance activities, track milestones, risks, and improvements, and promote data-driven decision making

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development, Demand Generation, Field Marketing or Sales Enablement
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales motions
• Experience analyzing sales, pipeline, and performance data
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and insights using CRM/analytics tools
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Excel or equivalent tools
