As Group Treasury and Funding Manager, you will lead liquidity, debt, and risk management for the global Group, turning strategy into execution with a hands-on leadership style. You’ll manage a small treasury team, partner with banks and investors, and drive transformations such as SAP S/4HANA to strengthen processes and data quality. This role combines executive visibility with practical delivery across 6 countries, contributing to Tradebe’s sustainability-driven mission.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Oversee daily liquidity, cash positioning, and cash flow forecasting across the Group
• Define cash management strategies and optimize global banking structures
• Assess funding needs, stress-testing and contingency planning for strategic decisions
• Manage debt portfolio including facilities, funding, and intercompany financing
• Support funding decisions via financial modeling, debt maturities, covenants, and reporting
• Engage with banks, lenders, and investors for negotiations and financing transactions
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate FX and interest rate risks; oversee hedging activities
• Lead treasury operations, governance, controls, compliance, and executive reporting
• Drive treasury transformation projects (SAP S/4HANA, process standardization, automation)




• Support strategic initiatives such as Mu0026A and post-acquisition treasury integration
• Lead, coach, and develop treasury professionals with a hands-on leadership style

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant treasury experience in a multinational or diversified international group
• Experience in liquidity forecasting, syndicated and bilateral debt, institutional funding, covenants and banking relationships
• Knowledge of FX and interest rate risk management, treasury accounting and internal controls
• Solid understanding of Spanish GAAP and IFRS
• Experience leading a treasury team and engaging with senior management, banks, and investors
• Strong presentation skills for meetings with banks and investors
• Native or advanced level English and Spanish
