Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the Securities Services Treasury team in monitoring liquidity and risks, preparing reports and analyses, and driving treasury projects across entities and currencies. You will contribute to cash and collateral management, and help optimize processes in a regulated, international environment. The position involves activities from home up to 40% and requires close collaboration with Finance, Risk, Operations and Technology. You will work to improve transparency with insightful dashboards and management reports that inform decision-making. This is a chance to shape treasury operations in a leading market infrastructure group.

• Monitor liquidity, interest rate, and FX risks and assist daily collateral and liquidity management across multiple entities and currencies
• Track markets and macro trends, delivering insights and preparing reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for decision-making
• Support treasury projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology




• Assist in execution and settlement of treasury transactions with accurate and timely processing
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize operations while ensuring compliance with policies and risk standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking counterparties to resolve operational issues

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Finance, ADE, Economics, or related field
• At least 3 years in a treasury function, preferably international, with familiarity of treasury systems, settlement and payment systems, and daily treasury operations
• Strong analytical skills and interest in financial markets and treasury activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis tools a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to learn in a regulated environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and teamwork
