Experteer Overview
In this role you will help shape ABB’s Corporate Procurement for professional and HR services, with an international scope. You will collaborate with category teams and internal stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies and manage supplier performance. You will drive cost-out programs, negotiate agreements, and ensure compliant, data-driven purchasing. This is a remote/hybrid role focused on delivering value across ABB’s global organization while enabling sustainable, efficient procurement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support ABB’s transformation agenda.

• Execute procurement strategy implementation in collaboration with category teams and stakeholders
• Perform purchases meeting needs, specs, price, delivery, and contracts
• Manage ABB-approved supplier portfolio, monitor performance, quality, and compliance
• Provide market insights, evaluate bids, negotiate key supplier agreements
• Ensure sourcing events use appropriate eSourcing tools and maintain accurate supplier master data
• Identify and qualify new suppliers to support business needs, innovation, and competitiveness
• Initiate cost-out and optimization programs to reach financial targets and improve processes
• Coordinate procurement orders and deliveries; maintain reports and documentation in systems
Responsabilidades
• 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in indirect services or HR/Marketing/Legal/Consulting categories
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across senior levels
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Comfort with legal/contractual terms and language
• Fluency in English
• Proactive team contributor and adaptable to new situations
