As a Senior Software Engineer in FinCore, you’ll help modernize our FX platform, scale services, and reduce technical debt while ensuring reliability in a regulated environment. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams across Europe and beyond to shape the next generation of our FX engine. You’ll own end‑to‑end delivery from discovery to production and mentor others to elevate engineering standards. This role combines hands‑on backend work with architecture influence in a fast‑growing fintech. You’ll join a collaborative culture that values initiative and open source spirit.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive backend software experience with Python as primary stack; strong OOP in Java, C#, or Go welcome
• Experience in FinTech, banking, or regulated financial environments, with multi-currency transactions knowledge
• Hands‑on DevOps and Observability skills: RESTful APIs, monitoring/alerting, CI/CD (Jenkins), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Commitment to robust testing (unit/integration) and clean architecture
• Professional English fluency to collaborate across time zones
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations for 24/7 availability
