You’ll collaborate with technical and BD partners to align strategy with local markets, improving win rates and pipeline visibility. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Oversee pursuit and bid support for the Spain Group and coordinate bid processes across scale and complexity
• Guide proposal development with input from technical teams, schedulers, PMs, and contributors to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, and client managers to strengthen winning strategy
• Attend BD and go/no-go meetings and capture pipeline priorities
• Contribute to bid process improvements and regional bidding network initiatives
• Coordinate regional resourcing with the bidding network to align resources to priority bids and clients
• Support win strategy development, including identifying win themes and reviews




• Facilitate client-facing activities such as presentations and interview preparation
• Promote bid win/loss feedback and share insights within MCBD
• Align marketing and communications activities with the local pipeline and priorities
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support bid collateral and templates
• Liaise with the collateral/knowledge team to update materials in SharePoint and ensure best-practice resources

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Marketing or Communications or similar
• APMP certification desirable
• 7+ years in pursuits and bids within the AEC industry or similar
• Experience leading high-performing pursuit teams across markets and locations
• Knowledge of bid lifecycle, prepositioning, and regional bid delivery
• Strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of current AEC bidding trends and procurement methods
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proficiency with marketing/communications technologies
