Experteer Overview
In this Data Architect role, you will design and govern data structures that support the firm’s investment solutions. You’ll collaborate with domain and solution architects to ensure strategy and policy alignment while maintaining the Enterprise Data Model. You’ll assess new technologies to keep our data platform modern and scalable. This position combines hands-on modeling with guidance to data engineers, under a culture that values inclusion and collaboration.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Translate requirements into data blocks, models, and ingest/consumption strategies
• Coach data engineers to implement the data models and ingestion patterns
• Collaborate on strategic architecture decisions and patterns to address recurring problems
• Support solution design and defend designs with Design or Security Council
• Maintain and materialize the Enterprise Data Model into physical models as needed
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance the data architecture and keep the tech estate up to date





Responsabilidades
• Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years in data engineering/architecture
• Experience in financial industry or asset management is a plus
• Strong data modelling skills (0NF, 3NF, Star, Snowflake, DV 2.0)
• Understanding of batching, streaming, parallel ingest, event-driven architectures
• Proficiency with traditional RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL); Snowflake a plus
• Cloud deployment experience, preferably GCP
• Experience with ABAC/RBAC/IAM controls
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity while ensuring responsible use of data and AI outputs
