As a Construction (BOP) Procurement Specialist at EDP, you will manage CAPEX services, engineering contracts, civil and electrical works, and wind/solar equipment procurement across Europe. You will support project lifecycle stages, drive cost savings, and implement frame agreements across geographies. You will work with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services while upholding EDP policies. This is a chance to shape procurement for a growing renewables portfolio within a global energy leader.

• Lead RFPs for Europe platform countries
• Manage stakeholder relationships to outline project portfolios and procurement needs
• Conduct market scouting and intelligence on materials and services
• Deliver cost savings through negotiations and cost-reduction initiatives
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and coordinate with legal, risk, and engineering teams




• Support technical proposals with commercial analyses and market inputs
• Identify procurement risks and opportunities; manage supplier development and frame contracts
• Oversee frame contracts and ensure alignment with policies and monitoring of KPIs

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering or similar field
• 1–3 years in technical purchases of civil and electrical works
• Renewable energy project purchasing experience xqbhyrx (wind/solar) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel
• Contractual negotiation experience
• Spanish and English fluency
• Analytical and proactive mindset; ability to multi-task and work under pressure
