As a Software Development Engineer II, you will build scalable, cloud-native systems on AWS that power Prime engagement across EU marketing channels. You collaborate with data scientists to bring GenAI/LLM capabilities into production, shaping personalized experiences at scale. You own end-to-end delivery, participate in architecture reviews, and mentor peers to raise engineering quality. This role sits at the intersection of marketing technology and AI-driven innovation, offering impact across multi-channel campaigns. You will contribute to reliable, high-performance systems that support integral growth while solving EU-scale challenges.

• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native distributed systems on AWS using serverless, event-driven, and microservices patterns to support EU Prime engagement across marketing channels




• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to integrate GenAI/LLM technologies and ML pipelines into production systems for personalized customer experiences at scale
• Engage in the full software development lifecycle, including code and architecture reviews, testing, deployment, and mentoring on engineering best practices
• Make technical decisions for cross-functional initiatives, balancing feature development with reliability, performance, and maintainability
• Identify root causes of operational issues and continuously improve team processes, reducing single-threaded dependencies and increasing resilience

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of non-internship software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience for new or existing systems
• 3+ years of experience in the Video Games Industry (supporting title development, release, or Live Ops)
