Experteer Overview
In this role, you will develop and implement the communications and marketing strategy for IDOM's technical areas, shaping how complex projects are presented to varied audiences. You will work within the image and communications team in Bilbao to translate technical work into clear, engaging content and manage digital channels. You will collaborate with technical teams to capture project value and produce materials that support business goals. This is a chance to influence how a multinational firm communicates across sectors and grow towards leadership opportunities.

• Define and execute the communications and marketing strategy for technical areas
• Create, write, and edit tailored content for diverse audiences and channels
• Manage digital channels: WordPress site, social networks, and internal SharePoint
• Develop positioning and business support materials (presentations, reports, proposals)
• Design graphic elements and visual content (carousels, brochures, tri-folds)
• Provide basic audiovisual editing (video and animation)




• Analyze results and optimize campaigns and content
• Coordinate with technical teams to translate projects into valuable communications

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or related field; master’s in communication, marketing or audiovisual field
• Ability to transform technical information into clear, engaging content
• Strong creativity, visual judgment, and design quality
• Enjoy collaborating with technical professionals and storytelling for diverse audiences
• C1 level of English or higher
• Team player, proactive in bringing ideas to life
• Experience in graphic design, social media, presentations, and audiovisual editing
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to communication, marketing or design
