We're Hiring: Academic Operations Intern

Energy Finance Institute · Madrid (or remote-friendly)

Energy Finance Institute trains professionals from leading energy companies worldwide through live online executive programs. We're looking for an intern to join our academic team and get hands-on experience in how executive education programs are actually run, from instructors to platforms to participants.

What you'll do:

- Support the search and initial screening of prospective instructors
- Help coordinate course schedules and day-to-day logistics between instructors and course content
- Assist in preparing and organizing training materials together with our instructors
- Help research new platforms and tools that could improve how we deliver our programs




- Support enrollment and course operations as part of the wider academic team

What we're looking for:

- Currently studying or a recent graduate, energy, business, education, or a related field is a plus, but not required
- Good written and spoken English.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling several small tasks at once
- Curious about how things work, and not afraid to ask questions
- Able to sign a university internship agreement (convenio de prácticas)
