Account Executive - Polish Market The client is a Spanish technology company specialising in e-commerce search and product discovery. Its software is used by online shops to make it easier for customers to find the products they are looking for on their websites.
This is a B2B outbound sales role with a strong focus on cold calling, where you will proactively contact potential business clients, identify their needs and convert them into customers. The position is highly target- and KPI-driven, with a strong emphasis on high-volume outreach and achieving clearly defined sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
- Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
- Handle auto-assigned leads.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated
- Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day
- Handover accounts to Customer Experience post-subscription close
Requirements
- 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (BDR / SDR / call center / outbound prospecting)
- Native-level Polish proficiency
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
- Mandatory residence in Spain
- Comfort with strong cold-calling
- KPI/metrics orientation
- Availability aligned with the US time zone
Remuneration: 28,000-32,000 EUR gross/year base, plus uncapped variable commissions
Work model: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00-18:00; Friday, 9:00-15:00
Leave: 22 days of annual leave, plus discretionary days between December 24th and 31st, and Friday afternoons off
