We are seeking a highly motivated and organized AI Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, the AI Support Analyst will support AI platforms, agent-based workflows, and related technology initiatives to help ensure reliable, secure, and effective operations across the organization.

Responsibilities include supporting AI agent platforms, assisting with platform integrations, troubleshooting application and deployment issues, maintaining technical documentation, monitoring performance, supporting user needs, and collaborating with business and technical teams to improve AI-enabled processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, technical curiosity, and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support AI agent platforms and agent-based workflows and help with AI initiatives.
- Administer model orchestration tools and AI platform integrations.
- Deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot applications across enterprise environments, including macOS package (.pkg) deployments.
- Support Docker-based AI workloads and applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
- Monitor platform performance, resolve incidents,



and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement and support AI solutions.
- Help IT team with equipment management and user support as needed.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and operational standards.

Required Qualifications

- Experience supporting AI platforms, AI agents, and large language model (LLM) solutions.
- Basic coding skills, preferably in Python.
- Experience with model orchestration and multi-model AI platforms.
- Experience with Docker containers and application deployments.
- Experience deploying and managing macOS applications using .pkg packages.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills for communicating with a general team.
- EU citizenship or ability to legally live/work in the EU without the need for sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of AI governance, prompt engineering, and agent lifecycle management.
