Experteer Overview
As Senior Specialist, Affiliate u0026amp; Influencers - Spain, you will define and scale our Affiliate and Influencer strategy in the Spanish market, driving user growth and revenue through smart partnerships. You’ll manage day-to-day partner relationships, negotiations, and performance optimization while coordinating data-driven insights to inform decisions. You’ll lead cross-functional collaboration, reporting, and process improvements to deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define, optimize and execute Affiliate and Influencer strategies aligned with business goals and local nuances
• Manage day-to-day Spanish Affiliate/Influencer network operations: pipeline, relationships, negotiation, performance optimization
• Conduct data-driven analyses on acquisition, costs, profitability, product penetration and retention; provide insights to scale channel performance
• Own channel performance reporting and communicate insights in growth steering meetings
• Improve partnership tracking, attribution and payout/budgeting processes for Spain; ensure content compliance
• Identify and execute growth initiatives and co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners




• Plan offline growth initiatives (traditional media, displays, events) and lead social collaborations to boost brand visibility
• Coordinate content with external experts and speakers to build thought leadership and public awareness
• Proactively identify new growth opportunities and experimental initiatives aligned with marketing and business goals

Responsabilidades
• +5 years in high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles
• At least 2 years of direct experience managing Affiliate and Influencer programs
• Proven track record building and scaling partner relationships in the Spanish market
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
• Strong negotiation experience with diverse deal structures (CPA, CPL, fees, commissions)
• Fluent in Spanish; English required for collaboration
• Fintech/banking experience is a plus
