Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, deploy, and operate core hybrid infrastructure across AWS and on-prem datacenters to support Fever’s global services. You will drive the evolution of a hybrid cloud strategy, ensuring high availability, security, and scale for health-critical workloads. You’ll mentor engineers and lead infrastructure initiatives across cross-functional teams, balancing hands-on work with architectural ownership. This is an opportunity to shape resilient, secure platforms that enable live entertainment experiences at scale.

• Design, deploy, and maintain core hybrid infrastructure across on-premise datacenters and AWS
• Support secure, high-availability hybrid cloud connections
• Administer foundational AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB)
• Configure secure networking between cloud and datacenter (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPN, VPC Peering)
• Manage Linux and Windows Server platforms and core networking services (DNS, DHCP, AD, LDAP)
• Administer virtualization environments (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM)
• Handle physical datacenter operations and hardware maintenance
• Deploy and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters




• Assist storage operations, backups, SAN/NAS, disaster recovery
• Support Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Maintain network security (firewalls, VLANs, routing)
• Monitor health, performance, and security across cloud/on-premise
• Contribute to cloud migration, capacity planning, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational continuity and security (GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Produce and maintain technical documentation in English

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in systems and infrastructure engineering
• 2+ years production AWS experience
• Experience designing hybrid cloud architectures (AWS + On-Prem)
• Basic hands-on Kubernetes in production
• Experience in international, distributed teams
• Residence in Madrid
• Availability for occasional datacenter travel
• English professional proficiency (B2+); Spanish native or professional proficiency (C1+)
