Experteer Overview
In this role you will help ensure reliable supply of Takeda products for the Iberia cluster by managing demand forecasting, supply planning, and day-to-day logistics. You will work with cross-functional teams (QA, Regulatory, Commercial) to resolve supply issues and support launches, recalls, and tender processes. The position focuses on improving systems and processes, inventory health, and 3PL coordination to support patient access. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented role in a fast-moving pharmaceutical environment.

• Coordinate supply and inventory to ensure uninterrupted product availability
• Oversee 3PL and customs interactions and day-to-day logistics operations
• Support launch execution and tender management for new products
• Communicate supply and demand information to relevant stakeholders and resolve issues
• Lead continuous improvement projects for systems and processes
• Audit readiness coordination with Quality and Finance
• Manage local inventories and liaise with production/distribution planning
• Oversee customer management, complaints, order processing, and recalls
• Interface with distribution partners and manage payments/invoicing for logistics services
