Experteer Overview
As Strategic Partner Manager, you’ll support creator success within the Twitch Partner program, spanning recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. You’ll nurture a portfolio of partners, drive early creator adoption, and translate feedback into product improvements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale processes and events that deepen creator engagement. You’ll operate from Madrid, joining a mission to empower live communities with practical analytics and hands-on support.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Identify and engage high-potential creators new to Twitch or transitioning to livestreaming
• Guide creators through structured onboarding covering analytics, audience development, channel setup, and monetization fundamentals
• Conduct stream reviews and support test-streaming for successful starts
• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of Twitch Partners and provide guidance on products, policies, and best practices
• Maintain and document creator interactions and portfolio data in Salesforce
• Collect partner feedback to inform product messaging and development
• Plan and execute IRL events and maintain presence in Partner communities (Discord)
• Represent Twitch as a brand ambassador at creator community moments
• Generate reports on creator performance and engagement; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams; participate in cross-functional meetings
• Contribute to process improvements and scalable creator solutions
• Support team planning and share insights and best practices
Responsabilidades
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
• 3+ years of experience in client/partner management, content acquisition, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability in relationship management and business development
• Strong analytical and communication skills
