We are looking for a Collision Avoidance Engineer with experience in astrodynamics, Near Earth orbits and perturbations, and Linux environments to join projects focused on collision avoidance activities, orbit analysis, and space operations support for satellite missions. This position requires relocation to Germany in the coming months.
? What will you do?
- Support collision avoidance activities for spacecraft operating in Near Earth orbits.
- Perform orbit analysis and assess orbital perturbations affecting satellite trajectories.
- Monitor conjunction events and contribute to collision risk assessment processes.
- Work with operational systems in Linux environments to support mission activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in time-constrained operational scenarios.
- Participate in on-call operational support activities on a 24/7 basis.

- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Astrodynamics, or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of Astrodynamics.
- Knowledge of Near Earth orbits and orbital perturbations.
- Intermediate Linux skills.
- Availability for 24/7 on-call support.
- Willingness to relocate to Germany in the coming months.
