Job Summary:
The Category Support role is pivotal in driving business performance, overseeing portfolio management, and implementing growth programs within the industrial print sector. This position involves coordinating with various departments to prioritize opportunities that align with growth strategies, refining operations based on feedback, and leveraging outputs from the Training Academy and Knowledge Management to enhance decision-making. The role provides strategic oversight and direction to ensure all functions contribute effectively to long-term goals.

Core Responsibilities:
- Category Support & Pricing:
- Oversee category support and pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- Develop and implement pricing models that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales teams to optimize pricing strategies and ensure profitability.
- Business Performance Management:
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.




- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive profitability.
- Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, manage volume demand, and optimize resource allocation.
- Growth Programs Definition & Deployment:
- Define and deploy growth programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of growth initiatives.
- Promote training programs and identify opportunities for cross-selling services or products.
- Portfolio Consultancy:
- Provide consultancy services on portfolio management to ensure alignment with market demands.
- Promotional Activities:
- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed.
