We are looking for a Data Analyst for a key client based in Seville, Spain.

Specific expertise:

- Strong practical knowledge of SQL and Python, R or equivalent tools for data extraction, cleaning, transformation, validation and analysis.
- Experience in integrating heterogeneous administrative datasets and constructing and maintaining relational or analytical databases.
- Experience with entity resolution, record linkage, name standardisation, deduplication and data reconciliation.
- Knowledge of data-quality controls, metadata, data dictionaries, lineage and reproducible analytical workflows.
- Experience with descriptive analysis, indicator development and data visualisation tools, such as Power BI, Qlik, Microsoft Fabric or equivalent.
- Familiarity with textual or unstructured data and the validation of information generated through machine-learning, NLP or AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience with public-sector, EU funding,



municipal/territorial data.

Mandatory experience and degree:

- master’s level or 5 years of higher education, and minimum 5 years of IT professional experience;
- or bachelor’s level or 3 years of higher education and minimum 7 years of IT professional experience.

Certificates:

The following certifications, or any other equivalent certification:

- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate;
- Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate;
- Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate;
- Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Associate;
- certifications related to SQL, Python, R, data analytics, business intelligence, database management, data quality or data governance.
