We're Hiring: Academic Program Manager

Energy Finance Institute trains professionals from leading energy companies worldwide through live online executive programs. As we grow, we're looking for someone to own the academic side of our programs , from finding the right instructors to making sure every course runs on rails.

What you'll do:

- Source and recruit new instructors for our executive programs
- Interview and evaluate prospective instructors for subject-matter expertise and teaching quality
- Coordinate course schedules and day-to-day logistics between instructors and course content
- Develop and manage training materials together with our instructors
- Research and evaluate new platforms and tools to improve how we deliver our programs
- Support enrollment and course operations as part of the wider academic team

What we're looking for:





- Excellent written and spoken English (our instructors and participants are based in 50+ countries);
- Comfortable evaluating subject-matter experts and holding your own in a technical conversation, even outside your own specialty
- Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple courses, instructors, and deadlines at once
- Curious about new tools and platforms, and proactive about researching and proposing them
- Prior experience in academic program management, L&D;, or course/curriculum coordination is a plus, but not required
