Role Description The Education Enrollment Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process for EPIC Prep programs. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and assisting students with application requirements and documentation. The Specialist will verify credentials, advise on eligibility and next steps, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, following up with prospective students,



and providing clear information on program-related policies, fees, and available support. This role requires consistent, professional communication with students and families via email, phone, and virtual meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to support students and families throughout the enrollment process.
- Experience with Credentialing and understanding academic records, transcripts, and exam requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and use digital tools and student information systems.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Prior experience in education, admissions, academic advising, or student services is preferred.
- Comfort communicating with diverse, international student populations and sensitivity to different cultural backgrounds.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
