Experteer Overview
As a Power Electronics System Engineer in our traction team, you will shape high-performance power converters for railway propulsion. You’ll translate requirements into robust designs and lead simulations to ensure efficiency and reliability in state-of-the-art traction systems. You partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to secure quality components and drive thermal and EMI-conscious solutions. This hybrid, growth‑oriented role contributes to decarbonization and smart, sustainable transport.

Responsabilidades
• Electrical or Electronics Engineering background
• Experience in design, development, and testing of power converters (inverters, choppers, rectifiers)
• Ability to select suitable power semiconductors and magnetic components
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink or similar simulation tools
• Analytical mindset with ability to work in cross-functional environments
• Fluency in English
