Sounds great, what will I be doing?
The Employment Pathways Development Lead is responsible for driving the development and integration of employment support pathways across Hestia services. The role involves working closely with operational teams, managers, and stakeholders to ensure employment is embedded within support planning and recovery conversations, improving access to employment opportunities for service users. The postholder will lead staff engagement activities, strengthen partnerships across the organisation, monitor referral activity and outcomes, analyse performance data,
and use learning and feedback to inform service improvements and future strategic development.
