Experteer Overview
As Staff Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design of the order tracking experience across Glovo and Delivery Hero brands. You will shape scalable design systems, collaborate with product and engineering, and use research and data to drive improvements. This role sits in the Logistics customer design chapter, focusing on delightful, usable experiences that support growth into new categories like grocery and retail. You bring design excellence, leadership, and a strong user-centric mindset to influence cross-brand solutions with measurable impact.

• Own and drive the end-to-end design of the order tracking journey across multiple brands
• Lead design initiatives from ideation to launch with focus on usability, visual quality, and efficiency
• Leverage data, user research, and A/B testing to refine features and optimize user experience

• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability across platforms

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years as a product designer with experience designing complex platforms (app experience essential)
• Strong visual design skills and proficiency in Figma and design systems
• Strategic thinker with workshop facilitation, design metrics analysis, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and ability to align cross-functional teams
• Experience in B2C is a plus; animation concepts are a bonus
