The Role

We are looking for a Hotel Manager with experience in hotel management to join our team in Calella (Costa Brava).

This role is essential to guaranteeing the full operation of the hotel, leading all departments and ensuring every guest receives an experience aligned with Olala's standards.

This role supervises and coordinates the entire hotel operation, managing department heads (Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, F&B;) and ensuring compliance with the property's commercial, operational, and quality objectives.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Guarantee compliance with Olala Group's quality, service, and presentation standards throughout the property.
- Manage the hotel budget, controlling costs, revenue, and profitability.
- Supervise and coordinate department heads (Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, F&B;), setting goals and evaluating performance.
- Report operational and financial results to regional management.




- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all areas of the hotel.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and contractors.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Resolve guest incidents and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with Olala Group's Operations, HR, and Finance teams.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a similar hotel management role (Hotel Manager, Assistant Manager, or Hotel Director).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in Spanish (English is a plus).
- Knowledge of budget management and cost control.
- Driver's license and/or own transportation (PREFERRED).
- Good personal presentation.
- Immediate availability, 40 hours per week.
- The job includes weekends and holidays.
