Position Title: IT Assistant

Location: Madrid, Spain

Employment Type: Permanent, full time

Reports to: Pawel Trominski, Chief Technology Officer

Note: This is full-time position with 40 hours per week, and requires at least 4 days per week to work from our office.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised IT Operations Assistant based in Madrid to manage and support our integral tech environment. The ideal candidate will be an autonomous problem-solver with a strong "can-do" attitude, excellent communication skills and technical expertise to take ownership of our day-to-day IT operations.

- Proven Problem-Solver: Analytical and diagnostic skills with a track record of troubleshooting issues independently and efficiently.
- Operational Independence: Ability to manage end-to-end IT support, vendor relations, and infrastructure without needing constant supervision.

Technical Expertise

- Experience managing user accounts, admin privileges.
- Technical familiarity with macOS operating systems.




- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, device provisioning, and hardware lifecycle management.
- Exposure to or strong interest in cloud administration, IT security standards, and AI tools.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Based in Madrid with full legal authorization to work in Spain.
- Mid-level hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or technical operations.
- Full-time availability: 40 hours per week.
- Professional working fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
