What does a Marketing Communications Manager do?
As Marketing Communications Manager for our Foodservice or Industrial business, you will shape how customers, employees, and the wider market experience the Sealed Air brand across EMEA.
You will translate technical innovation, customer value, sustainability progress, and more than 85 years of packaging expertise into clear, credible, and engaging communications. You will also lead Marketing Communications activities within your local market, adapting regional initiatives to meet country-specific opportunities and providing hands-on communications support to local Sales teams.
Why do we need you?

- To use your storytelling and communication skills to turn complex packaging technologies, customer benefits, and sustainability developments into compelling content for internal and external audiences.
- To use your project management and organizational skills to lead integrated campaigns from briefing through execution, managing priorities, agencies, budgets, schedules, approvals, and multichannel rollouts.
- To use your collaborative and influencing skills to partner with Marketing, Portfolio, Sustainability, Sales, design teams,
and external agencies to deliver communications aligned with business objectives.
- To use your analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, measure results against agreed KPIs, and make evidence-based improvements that increase engagement and return on investment.
- To use your event management skills to coordinate trade shows and industry events, including promotional activities, event communications, award calendars, and award submissions.
- To use your commercial and customer-focused approach to create sales enablement tools and support local Sales teams with effective materials, messaging, and communications.
- To use your digital and innovation mindset to manage digital channels and marketing assets while integrating AI into content creation, campaign delivery, and team workflows.
