The company is scaling rapidly and already seeing strong traction with enterprise customers.They are looking for a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of the backend systems powering an AI-driven automation platform. You’ll remain hands-on while providing technical direction across a small, high-impact engineering team, helping shape the architecture and future scalability of the platform.What You’ll Do:- Own technical direction and architecture across key backend systems- Design and scale distributed, event-driven microservices using Go, AWS and Kafka- Lead technical decisions,
