Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team Plan, design , and implement strategic initiatives to get to our Business Plan Define the reporting frameworks of our commercial teams to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders,



driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership Who You Are: You are a highly business-driven, detail-oriented professional with a proactive , hands-on mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges .
