From EXIS TI we are looking for a Senior Resilience Technical Lead to join a large-scale transformation programme and strengthen enterprise Cyber Resilience and Disaster Recovery capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments.
The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of experience, with strong hands-on expertise in cloud-based backup and recovery, ransomware-resilient architectures, Cyber Resilience and Disaster Recovery, ideally gained in large and highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Cyber Resilience and Disaster Recovery initiatives, from scope definition and requirements through testing, deployment and service transition.
Design and implement cloud-based backup, recovery and ransomware-resilient architectures across AWS and Azure.
Define secure patterns for application onboarding into Rubrik Security Cloud.




Lead the architecture and build-out of an Isolated Recovery Environment, including network segmentation/isolation and privileged access controls.
Implement and promote immutable, air-gapped and ransomware-resilient backup strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of professional IT experience, with significant experience in technical leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Cyber Resilience, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
Hands-on experience with cloud environments, particularly AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
Strong knowledge of backup, recovery and ransomware-resilient architectures.
Experience with Rubrik Security Cloud or comparable enterprise backup and cyber recovery platforms.
