FTZ Marketing Outsourcing SL, we are looking for a SENIOR Coordinator to develop a project for a multinational IT Sector.

Functions

- Work on the projects from the moment they are assigned until the favorable resolution.
- Support in attracting clients in an R&D; project. (No SALES)
- Research and Selection business profiles for the different programs of the R&D; department
- Preparation of customer profiles and reports
- Database management and development
- Effective follow-up and engagement with internal and external stakeholders, advice on customer profiles and the interaction strategy according to the products.
- Coordinate interactions between different departments involved in the activity.
- Project planning and execution
- Recruitment, coordination and configuration of the interaction with the client
- B2B/B2C telephone profiles and interviews
- Business travel planning
- Planning, management and coordination of events (workshops, usability tests, visits, travel organization)
- Summarize all the information generated in the process of construction of activities, maintenance of project records and interaction with the client
- Monitoring of the levels of satisfaction and quality of the interactions proposed in telephone interviews, visits to the client's facilities
- Manage and develop your project reports.

GROSS ANNUAL SALARY: € 26.000

JOB: Sant Cugat del Vallès/ Remote (Hybrid)

Established hours: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m.



to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday)

Important: Experience in market studies and team management will be valued

Requisitos mínimos

- Minimum studies: Degree in: Business Administration and Management / market studies / Communication and advertising / Marketing

· Minimum experience: At least 5 years

· Essential resident in: Barcelona & sorroundings

· Minimum requirements:

- Experience in Call Center - Used to make cold calls to contact clients and involve them in the required projects. Contact and customer loyalty (NO sales)
- Experience and development in active market research.
- Experience as a coordinator in multinationals.
- Attention and development of processes to carry out a project.
- English / Spanish: Bilingual German / French (PLUS)
- Experience in Office package (a high level of Power Point and Excel is required).
- CRM Mastery
