CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE | REAL ESTATE | MARBELLA

We are expanding our customer service team and are looking for experienced professionals who understand today's real estate client.

This is not a traditional customer service role. Our clients are highly informed, fast-moving, and expect immediate, knowledgeable responses. We need individuals who can operate at pace, think commercially, and deliver a high level of service from first contact through to property viewing coordination.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in real estate and customer service
- An understanding of the Costa del Sol property market
- Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Confident, knowledgeable communication style
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to qualify clients properly The role:
- Handling inbound enquiries from international buyers




- Qualifying clients and understanding their needs in depth
- Booking and coordinating viewings with the sales team
- Managing follow-ups and maintaining consistent communication with the client
- Working closely with agents to convert leads into sales
