Role Overview

We are hiring a Crypto Portfolio Strategy Specialist to support portfolio research, digital asset analysis, market intelligence, and strategy-focused reporting across cryptocurrency markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Spain focused on crypto portfolio strategy, digital asset markets, multi-exchange trading workflows, portfolio monitoring, and blockchain-based financial products.

The Crypto Portfolio Strategy Specialist will monitor cryptocurrency markets, research portfolio opportunities, support allocation insights, and prepare strategy materials across exchanges, token markets, DeFi assets, stablecoins, crypto indexes, and digital asset portfolios. This role is idóneo for someone with strong interest in crypto investing, portfolio strategy, digital assets, mobile trading platforms, market analysis, and financial technology.

What You’ll Do

- Research cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, token ecosystems, DeFi protocols, stablecoins,



crypto indexes, and portfolio opportunities
- Monitor token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, volatility, trading volume, investor sentiment, and market cycle developments
- Support portfolio strategy, allocation research, market positioning, opportunity evaluation, risk awareness, and digital asset analysis
- Prepare portfolio strategy notes, market intelligence updates, token summaries, allocation briefs, portfolio insights, and strategy materials
- Track developments across crypto exchanges, trading platforms, DeFi protocols, token launches, ICO activity, regulatory updates, and market news
- Evaluate portfolio opportunities across Bitcoin, major crypto assets, DeFi tokens, stablecoins, layer-1 and layer-2 networks, crypto indexes, and tokenized assets
- Collaborate with team members on crypto research, product insights, trading workflows, portfolio analysis, market intelligence, and digital asset strategy
- Maintain organized portfolio trackers, watchlists, market dashboards, research files, token notes, allocation summaries, and crypto intelligence resources

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in crypto portfolio strategy, cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, trading platforms, DeFi, stablecoins, and Web3 finance




- Familiarity with portfolio research, crypto market analysis, digital asset strategy, exchange platforms, token analysis, or blockchain ecosystems
- Understanding of liquidity, volatility, trading volume, market cycles, investor sentiment, portfolio exposure, allocation themes, and digital finance concepts
- Familiarity with TradingView, crypto exchanges, blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, portfolio trackers, spreadsheets, or market data platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical, research, organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to explain portfolio themes, crypto market trends, digital asset risks, and investment opportunities clearly
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple portfolio research and market analysis priorities
- Previous experience in crypto research, portfolio analysis, financial markets, investment research, fintech, trading platforms, technical analysis, or digital asset operations is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: €95,000 - €125,000 per year depending on experience
