Leading financial services company is looking for an EMEA Rewards Analyst a pivotal role in the management of employee compensation and benefits across UK, Europe and other regios. This position focuses on data management, salary benchmarking, employee benefit management and communications, and monthly benefit payroll cycle and system support.

- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits queries, providing clear, accurate, and effective guidance.
- Ensure a high level of data accuracy and integrity across HR systems, supporting the maintenance of job libraries and compensation frameworks.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Operations, Payroll, and the Reward Team to support the effective coordination and implementation of compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Deliver analytical and reporting support across a range of HR and Reward-related projects.
- Manage and oversee employee compensation packages, promotions, and ad-hoc salary adjustments in line with established policies, processes,



and compensation frameworks.
- Perform market research and compensation benchmarking to assess market competitiveness and support the development of fair and equitable compensation packages.
- Oversee the data management and administrative activities related to the ongoing administration and renewal of employee benefits across EMEA, including risk, healthcare, and pension plans, as well as joiner and leaver processes and coordination with benefit providers.
- Create clear and engaging employee communications to increase awareness and understanding of the benefits offering, while strengthening our positioning as an employer of choice.
- Manage employee benefits-related invoices, ensuring accurate reconciliation against departmental budgets and expenditure.
- Coordinate with brokers and benefits providers across EMEA to ensure the efficient administration and delivery of employee benefits.
