Collaborate on field‑led programmes that support Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and strategic account engagement.

Leverage AI‑powered marketing tools to improve campaign targeting, content development, performance analysis, and personalisation at scale. Forecast, measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and business impact. Communicate and educate sales teams on upcoming marketing initiatives, campaign objectives, and expected outcomes.

Maintain strong communication and alignment with BDR, sales, partner, strategy, product marketing, and digital marketing teams. Support customer advocacy, partner marketing, and executive engagement initiatives where required. Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency through automation,



AI, and process optimisation.

Support internal marketing programmes and strategic initiatives as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. ~5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, event marketing, or related marketing roles. ~ Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, compliance, ERP, procurement, or enterprise software environments preferred. ~ Proven experience partnering with sales teams to support pipeline generation and revenue objectives. ~ Experience managing webinars, executive events, trade shows, and integrated marketing campaigns. ~ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. ~ Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). ~ Native or near‑native Spanish proficiency preferred. ~ Comfortable using AI tools to support campaign optimisation, reporting, content development, and marketing productivity. ~ Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, Marketo, Goldcast, Cvent, or similar marketing and event technology platforms preferred. Ability to travel across Spain and occasionally within EMEA for events, customer meetings, and internal planning sessions.
