Customer Service
Representative with German We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our international team at our service center in Sant Cugat de Vallès, Barcelona. You'll be the front line of support for our customers, handling everything from order entry and expedites to quoting and returns. This role puts you at the heart of customer relationships, where you'll resolve inquiries, manage billing issues, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
Provide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, and directs customer to resolution of issue. Provides customer services relating to sales,
sales promotions, and communications. Resolves more complex complaints escalated by customer/sales force.
Setup Customer
Accounts (CRM and SAP), this includes working with other segments to make sure we are setup for reporting and function related to customer needs. Enter orders in SAP, attached documents and send acknowledgments Maintain customer web-based interfaces i.e., Work with accounting to resolve receivable issues Overall Support for Sales &/or Plant: Stocking Agreements, subject to certain facilities; Fluent in German and English (Hungarian is a plus) Previous experience in an office or service center role SAP experience preferred Excellent Customer Service focus and ability to remain productive under pressure Hybrid working contract from our EMEA service center in Sant Cugat de Valles, Barcelona area with train accessibility Special offer on Health Care Insurance
