Key Responsibilities for a Travel Agent

Customer Consultation

Booking and Coordination

Issue Resolution

Required Qualifications and Skills

Language Proficiency

Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level), both spoken and written.

Customer Service Experience
