Smyth & Co is exclusively recruiting an exceptional Operations Manager for an exciting new luxury opening within one of Marbella's leading resorts.
We are looking for a polished and commercially minded operator with strong experience managing high-end, high-volume restaurants. Senior operational experience within luxury restaurants, hotels or resorts
Strong commercial awareness and control of budgets, labour and profitability A genuine understanding of luxury service and the Spanish or Mediterrean market
Fluent xbhjioe English, with Spanish highly advantageous
